Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TopBarber (the “Service”), a cloud-based software platform for online booking and salon operations, available at topbarber.app and related subdomains (e.g. yourbusiness.topbarber.app).

The Service is operated by TopBarber, a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Moldova (“we”, “us”, “Operator”). Contact: hi@topbarber.app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment-related customer service.

1. The Service

TopBarber provides business customers (“Subscribers”) with tools including: online appointment booking (web and Telegram Mini App), staff and service management, client CRM, notifications, and an admin dashboard. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with optional free trial periods.

TopBarber is not a payment processor for transactions between Subscribers and their end clients. We only charge Subscribers for access to the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Business information you provide during signup must be accurate.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD (or equivalent at checkout) through Paddle. Current plans and prices are published on our pricing page. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply at the next renewal unless required otherwise by law.

Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other tenants’ data;
  • Resell or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted;
  • Offer products or services prohibited under Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy or applicable payment-network rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

5. Data and privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your clients when you collect their data through the Service.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business during an active subscription.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (including Telegram), or force majeure may cause downtime. Support channels and response times depend on your plan.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin panel or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with hi@topbarber.app.
