Удаление аккаунта

В приложении

1. Откройте приложение TopBarber и войдите (Telegram или Apple), если ещё не вошли.
2. Нажмите меню ⋯ в правом верхнем углу (или шестерёнку на карточке с вашим именем).
3. Выберите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите.

Без приложения

Напишите на hi@topbarber.app с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите ваш Telegram (@username) или имя и телефон, с которыми вы записывались. Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и ответим на письмо.

Что удаляется

• Сам аккаунт и вход через Telegram или Apple; при входе через Apple мы отзываем доступ приложения к вашему Apple ID.
• Имя, телефон, данные Telegram, фото и комментарии в ваших карточках клиента во всех барбершопах.

Что остаётся

• Записи остаются у барбершопов без ваших личных данных — для их учёта. Предстоящие записи отмените заранее, если не придёте.
• Резервные копии базы, сделанные до удаления, перезаписываются по мере ротации.

Аккаунт владельца или сотрудника бизнеса так не удалить — напишите на hi@topbarber.app.

Deleting your account

In the app

1. Open the TopBarber app and sign in (Telegram or Apple) if you haven’t.
2. Tap the ⋯ menu in the top right corner (or the gear on the card with your name).
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Without the app

Email hi@topbarber.app with the subject “Account deletion” and include your Telegram @username, or the name and phone number you booked with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to your email.

What is deleted

• The account itself and its Telegram or Apple sign-in; if you signed in with Apple, we revoke the app’s access to your Apple ID.
• Your name, phone number, Telegram details, photo and comments in your client records at every barbershop.

What is kept

• Bookings stay with the barbershops without your personal data, for their records. Cancel upcoming bookings first if you won’t come.
• Database backups taken before the deletion are overwritten as they rotate.

Business owner and staff accounts can’t be deleted this way — email hi@topbarber.app.
